The Advertiser agrees not to submit Advertising Content that:

• Is false, misleading, or promotes illegal activities.
• Contains offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory material.
• Promotes products or services that are harmful, unsafe, or unethical.

Fees and Payments

• Advertisers agree to pay all fees associated with the selected advertising package before the ad is published.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or in the case of cancellation by Biz.Puchong.co.
• Biz.Puchong.co reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, with prior notice to the Advertiser for future campaigns.

Intellectual Property

• The Advertiser retains ownership of the Advertising Content but grants Biz.Puchong.co a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the content for advertising purposes.
• The Advertiser warrants that all Advertising Content is original or properly licensed and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

• Biz.Puchong.co does not guarantee specific results, such as increased traffic, leads, or sales, from advertising campaigns.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biz.Puchong.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the advertising services.

Cancellation and Termination

• Advertisers may cancel their advertising campaign by providing written notice at least five (5) business days before the scheduled publication date.
• Biz.Puchong.co reserves the right to terminate an advertising campaign or remove content at any time if it violates these Terms or for other reasonable causes.

Indemnity

The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Biz.Puchong.co, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

1. The use of Advertising Content.
2. Violations of third-party rights or applicable laws.

General Provisions

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Amendments: Biz.Puchong.co reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Biz.Puchong.co and the Advertiser regarding advertising services.
